Nothing in this document impinges on your right to cancel as laid out in the Unlimited Success Terms and Conditions that you agreed to when you bought the course. The requirements below are additional conditions to qualify for the guarantee.

1.     You should submit at least 800 words of notes for each Module within 7 days of the Module’s release date. Notes should be submitted by email to the Ecommerce Cashflow Mentor.

2.     You should post questions in our ‘Unlimited Success and Amazon Community” private Facebook Group on at least 3 occasions per week. 

3.     You should demonstrate that you have completed all tasks/actions required in each training Module.

4.     You should source products and negotiate with suppliers the way we teach you and demonstrate that you have done so with an email trail timestamp.

5.     You should launch a new product on Amazon that fits the product selection criteria as demonstrated in the product sourcing section within 90 days of the date you were given access to the course materials.

6.     If after launching your first product you do not make at least $1,000 in gross sales within a rolling 30 day period during the first 90 days you should notify the Customer Support Manager.

7.     Within two weeks of contacting the office you should make at least three possible timeslots available within UK office hours to schedule a half-hour consultation call with the Ecommerce Cashflow Mentor. During this call you must disclose any information relating to your Amazon business requested by the Ecommerce Cashflow Mentor in order to improve your sales performance. 

8.     You must implement all the instructions and agreed actions identified by the Ecommerce Cashflow Mentor within two weeks of this coaching call. If the Ecommerce Cashflow Mentor recommends additional marketing and promotional strategies you must be willing to implement them all as instructed. This may require an additional investment of up to a maximum of £1,500.

9.     If for whatever reason the suggested promotion methods do not result in increased sales to $1,000 per month or above within 30 days of the consultation, then you should contact the office following the procedures in point 6 for an additional consultation call with the Ecommerce Cashflow Mentor.

10.     If after following every step above yet within 9 months of initial access to the Ecommerce Cashflow Online Masterclass Program you’ve still not made a minimum sales revenue of $2,500 within a 30 day period then you should notify the Customer Support Manager by email to request an additional consultation call with the Ecommerce Cashflow Mentor.

11.     You must implement all the instructions and agreed actions identified by the Ecommerce Cashflow Mentor within two weeks of this coaching call. If the Ecommerce Cashflow Mentor recommends additional marketing and promotional strategies you must be willing to implement them all as instructed. 

12.     If after following every step above yet after a minimum of 12 months from initial access to the Ecommerce Cashflow Online Masterclass Program you still have not reached a sales turnover of at least $2,500 within a 30 day period then you will qualify for a full refund which is 100% of the course fees and £5,000 for your time and expenditure. 

13.     To qualify for the guarantee your Amazon Seller Central account must be in good standing, as well as the tuition fee for The Ecommerce Cashflow Online Masterclass program.

14.     As part of the guarantee process you must agree to transfer ownership of your Amazon Seller Central account including all remaining stock to Unlimited Success Ventures Ltd (or persons identified thereby) at no cost. All future Amazon Seller fees thereafter will be met by Unlimited Success (or persons identified thereby).
